Drake Audio Visual has videoconference systems available for hire - either in our meeting rooms in Cardiff, at your own site or at the All Nations Centre in Cardiff.

We are currently using  LifeSize Express 220 high definition systems. The LifeSize Express is capable of IP and ISDN calls and has built in data sharing capability. 

This system is set up in a room able to seat up to 20 people in comfort. With two 50" displays this system is ideal for larger meetings. It remains perfectly comfortable for individual meetings as well.

Typical uses have included job interviews with New Zealand or Saudi Arabia; a board meeting with Texas and presentations to clients in Russia.

We are also able to book far end facilities for you anywhere in the world as well as arranging multi site meetings.

Conference bookings are available from 7am to 7pm by arrangement and cost from £100 for the first hour. That means you can have a one hour meeting in Australia for just £100 and you don't even need a passport!

With our partners EyeNetwork we can book video meeting rooms anywhere in the world. Their service also includes a bridging service so you can include a number  of sites in one meeting. Pleae ask for more details.

Eyenetwork, has been supplying video conference services since 1996. They are Europe’s largest video conference facility broker and announced that they can now offer increased connectivity to all their customers. They use a Radvision Elite HD bridge which runs Scopia software, this allows for the ability to connect multiple video end points, so as well as connecting three or more video conference sites at the same time, Eyenetwork can link to PC’s with webcams or mobile devices such as iPad’s.

This service also incorporates a gateway between IP and ISDN, which means you can connect to anyone regardless of your network infrastructure.
