AMX Control

Drake AV can design a system to your exact specification.

Each system is individually designed but a typical installation will be based on a simple fixed control panel. No fiddly remotes to get lost or flat batteries.

This is an AMX Novara 3008 panel - it can control the projector, the electric screen, an audio amplifier and a VHS/DVD player. You can also select between a laptop computer or an installed computer.

At the end of the show a single button turns off the projector, turns off the amplifier and raises the screen.

If you need to control a more complicated system then the touch screen controllers are more suitable. This touch screen is easy to use without any training but it is actually controlling a ClearOne audio matrix mixer with a hundred and forty four crosspoints.

The system overall allows any of 5 audio sources to be heard in any combination of four different rooms. It allows users to adjust the background music level room by room and holds the microphone levels at a safe setting to avoid unpleasant feedback howling.

This would normally keep a sound engineer quite well occupied.
