Good health and safety performance does not happen by chance, we manage all aspects of health and safety to the same level of expertise as all of our other business activities. As such, our philosophy to health and safety management starts at the most senior level. Strong leadership and visible commitment from line management are fundamental to our success.
Our management of health and safety is a clear demonstration of our genuine commitment. We are dedicated to maintaining safe working conditions for all of our employees and for other people who may be affected by their activities.
Our health and safety is managed using a planned and systematic approach, with careful consideration to ensuring that our employees have the correct safety training for each job undertaken.
Training
The Drake AV on-site engineers hold IPAF, PASMA, CSCS, Risk Assessment, Manual Handling, Working at Height, First Aid and Asbestos Awareness certification.
In addition to this the site managers hold a Site Supervisors Safety certificate. Drake AV engineers and technicians complete a risk assessment before every task and job ensuring that they and the public are safe during the installation of equipment on site at venues and at client’s premises.
We are CHAS accredited
